HybridFit provides personalized fitness training plans, workout tracking, and related features through a mobile application available on iOS and Android. The Service is designed for informational and educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

8. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store's refund policy.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that may harm the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HybridFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, data loss, or loss of profits.
